We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of dedicated professionals in Malden, MA. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
Conduct assessments and behavioral analyses to understand client needs
Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and other professionals on behavior intervention strategies
Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care for each client
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
Minimum 0 years of experience as a BCBA or related field
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
