Job summary

Champions ABA - MA in Lawrence, MA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and implement individualized behavior plans in home and community settings.

You will assess clients, monitor progress, collaborate with parents and a multidisciplinary team, and coach RBTs while staying current with ABA research.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst credential required.
• Experience designing individualized behavior plans and conducting assessments.
• Experience in home and community-based ABA settings preferred.

Responsibilities

About the Role

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a vital role in our growing ABA team in Lawrence, MA. You will be responsible for designing and implementing individualized behavior plans, conducting assessments, and providing ongoing support to our dedicated team of professionals and families. Your expertise and dedication will help us achieve our mission to create positive change and improve the quality of life for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized behavior plans that are tailored to each client's unique needs and goals


• Conduct initial assessments, progress monitoring, and behavioral analyses to inform treatment plans


• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team of professionals, including parents, to ensure seamless delivery of services


• Provide ongoing coaching and support to our team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other professionals


• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA and autism treatment
