About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BCBA to join our in-home ABA services team. As a BCBA with Champions ABA - MA, you will be responsible for providing individualized ABA treatment plans to our clients, age 2-22, and their families. Your expertise will help our clients develop skills in communication, social interaction, and adaptive behaviors.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans for clients

• Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and data analysis to inform treatment decisions

• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support

• Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on ABA techniques and strategies

• Maintain accurate records and reports

• Participate in clinical supervision and meetings to ensure high-quality services

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

• Minimum 0 years of experience in ABA therapy or related field

• Strong understanding of ABA principles, theories, and methodologies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
