Job summary

Champions ABA - MA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Mission Hill, MA team on a part-time basis. This role focuses on in-home and community-based ABA services for individuals with ASD, delivering assessments, treatment plans, and therapy with a collaborative, compassionate approach.

You will supervise BCaBAs and RBTs, monitor progress, and coordinate with families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 0 years of ABA experience; ASD experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Supervise and mentor BCaBAs and RBTs.
• Monitor and evaluate treatment progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with parents, therapists, and other professionals to meet goals.

• Monitor and evaluate treatment progress, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including parents, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to achieve treatment goals
• Stay current with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance service delivery and quality
