Job summary

Champions ABA - MA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy to individuals with ASD and related developmental disabilities in Malden, MA. You will develop and implement individualized behavior plans in collaboration with parents, caregivers, and other professionals, and conduct assessments and data analysis to guide interventions.

About the Role:

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will be responsible for:

• Providing in-home and community-based ABA therapy to individuals with ASD and related developmental disabilities

• Developing and implementing individualized behavior plans in collaboration with parents, caregivers, and other professionals

• Conducting assessments, data collection, and analysis to inform behavioral interventions

• Training and supervising staff to ensure high-quality implementation of behavior plans

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client progress and services provided

Responsibilities:

• Provide ABA therapy services to clients in their natural environments

• Develop and implement individualized behavior plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop data collection systems

• Analyze data to inform behavioral interventions and make recommendations for client progress

• Supervise and train staff to ensure high-quality implementation of behavior plans

• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
