Champions ABA MA is seeking a BCBA to lead development and implementation of individualized ABA programs in home and community settings. You will supervise therapists, collaborate with families and professionals, and contribute to high-quality services that foster growth and independence.

Qualifications

Join our dynamic team at Champions ABA - MA, a leading provider of in-home and community-based ABA therapy, and play a vital role in empowering individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities to reach their full potential.

About the Role:

As a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst), you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of individualized behavioral programs for our clients. Working alongside our dedicated team of therapists and clinicians, you will collaborate with families and other professionals to design and deliver comprehensive ABA services that promote growth, development, and independence.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement individualized behavioral programs for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Collaborate with families, therapists, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Provide ongoing supervision and support to therapists and clinicians to ensure high-quality services
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations to identify client strengths and needs
