Job summary

Champions ABA - MA is seeking a BCBA to oversee development and implementation of individualized ABA programs in home and community settings. You’ll work with families and professionals to deliver comprehensive services that promote growth and independence.

Responsibilities include designing programs, supervising therapists, conducting assessments, and maintaining records. The position welcomes entry-level candidates and offers professional development opportunities in a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology or related field.
• BCBA certification or eligibility.
• Entry-level candidates welcome with zero years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and collaborate as part of a team.

Responsibilities

About the Role:

As a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst), you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of individualized behavioral programs for our clients. Working alongside our dedicated team of therapists and clinicians, you will collaborate with families and other professionals to design and deliver comprehensive ABA services that promote growth, development, and independence.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized behavioral programs for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Collaborate with families, therapists, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
• Provide ongoing supervision and support to therapists and clinicians to ensure high-quality services
• Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations to identify client strengths and needs
• Develop and maintain accurate records and reports of client progress and treatment outcomes
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and industry developments

Requirements:
