Rehab for All, Behavior & Therapy Services in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a full-time BCBA to join our ABA clinic team in a hybrid work model, with both in-clinic and field responsibilities. Local candidates able to work on-site are encouraged to apply.

The BCBA will supervise staff, conduct FBAs and VB-MAPP/Vineland assessments, develop treatment goals, and ensure high-quality ABA services for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, social work, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification (BACB) required.
• Experience delivering ABA in home, community, or clinic settings.
• Experience in staff training, supervision, and program development.
• Proficient in ABA methodologies (DTT, NET, skill acquisition, behavior reduction).

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and standardized assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland).
• Develop individualized treatment goals and behavior plans.
• Oversee data collection and treatment plan integrity.
• Provide supervision and training to staff.
• Collaborate with Director regarding client progress.
• Ensure timely documentation and reports.
