Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs and oversee clinical quality.
• Write and monitor assent-based, neuro-affirming treatment plans.
• Run assessments and intakes; develop patient-focused plans.
• Mentor and train RBTs and newer BCBAs.
• Collaborate live with families and other professionals.
