Job summary

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and eligibility to practice in SC.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Residence in South Carolina required.
• Ability to autonomously manage caseloads and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinically: conduct FBAs and skill-based assessments to design treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs with fidelity.
• Use data to monitor progress and adjust BIPs in real time.
• Collaborate with Tellos admin to document medical necessity and payer requirements.
• Partner with families to generalize skills home and in the community.
• Uphold BACB Ethics in professional practice.
