Job summary

Tellos is seeking BCBA clinicians in the Columbia, SC area to lead clinical care with autonomy while Tellos handles backend operations. You’ll determine treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to promote independence. This onsite role offers up to 25% telehealth when appropriate and support to build a strong caseload.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA/related field.
• Residence in South Carolina required.
• Ability to provide onsite/in-person services in Columbia, SC.
• Comfort with telehealth supervision and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinically with FBAs and skill-based assessments to design evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs with fidelity.
• Use data-driven analysis to monitor progress and adjust BIPs.
• Ensure documentation demonstrates medical necessity per payer standards.
• Collaborate with families to generalize skills to home and everyday settings.
• Maintain high ethical standards per BACB Ethics Code.
