Proud Moments ABA in Santa Fe, NM is actively seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team as full-time or part-time clinical experts. We provide support from a robust clinical team, innovative ABA techniques, and a focus on client outcomes.

We offer a $10,000 retention bonus for full-time BCBA positions, relocation assistance to Santa Fe, NM, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, medical/dental/vision coverage, 401K, and employee assistance programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license (depending on state) or sitting for exam soon.
• Experience applying ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise the implementation of targeted interventions that change lives of children with autism.
• Share in the achievements of clients as they develop positive behaviors and learn new skills.
• Provide support during family conversations to ensure parents understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Share knowledge through supervision, support, training, and orientation of growing team of technicians.
• Assist clients physically as they move through sessions, with activities including standing, lifting, running, and other movements.
