Job summary

Up and Up ABA in New Mexico is seeking dedicated BCBAs to join our team and provide ABA services across the state. Our mission is to deliver high-quality care in a warm, family-like environment, with flexible work options and strong support for professional growth.

You will supervise therapists, develop curricula and BIP plans, analyze data, and collaborate with families and case managers to ensure outstanding outcomes for children with autism.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification from the BACB (required).
• Experience working with children with autism.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise behavioral therapists on assigned cases.
• Develop ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans.
• Analyze data and prepare progress reports.
• Collaborate with parents and case managers to ensure high-quality care.
