Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license (state-dependent) or sitting for the exam in the next 3 months.
• Demonstrated skills implementing ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• BCBA Retention Bonus Opportunity will Expire 09/30/2026.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise the implementation of targeted interventions to change behaviors.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with families to explain assessment results and recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by identifying concerns and communicating with team.
• Provide supervision, support, training, and orientation to staff.
• Assist with maintaining safety and engagement during sessions.
