The Treetop ABA in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead clinical care in an in-home setting. You will be part of a collaborative, clinician-led team offering flexible work arrangements and strong support for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• North Carolina LBA license required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure high-quality client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
