Job summary

iCare Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead in-home ABA programs for children with autism in the Charlotte area. The BCBA will supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans focused on meaningful progress for families.

The role emphasizes ethical practice, caregiver education, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, with hybrid in-person and home-based service delivery and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• NC LBA eligibility or licensure in progress.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and other evaluations.
• Develop and maintain Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Supervise and coach RBTs; ensure treatment fidelity.
