Job summary

Wholesome Care ABA in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for in-home or hybrid work. The role offers flexible part-time hours, supportive leadership, and a focus on quality ABA for children and families.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, train parents, and ensure ethical, compliant practice while benefiting from mentorship and growth opportunities within a caring team.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Licensed (or eligible) as an LBA in North Carolina.
• Experience providing ABA therapy for children with autism preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Reliable transportation for in-home services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Provide parent and caregiver training and support.
• Analyze treatment data and make clinical recommendations.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation.
