Achievements ABA Therapy NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) dedicated to improving outcomes for children with autism and their families. The role offers flexibility with in-home, daycare, and school settings across North Carolina, Georgia, and Arizona, with mentorship and back-office support to focus on clinical care.

You will develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs remotely or in-person, train parents, and participate in team meetings to ensure seamless care and compliance

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from BACB is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience with treatment planning, supervision, and parent training.
• Bilingual ability is a plus, not required.
• Must have NC LBA or be in process to obtain NC LBA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to support clients.
• Maintain HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.
