Job summary

ICare Therapy in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead in-home ABA therapy for children with autism. You will supervise RBTs, develop assessments, treatment plans, and ensure ethical, evidence-based care in the homes and communities we serve.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with strong clinical leadership, generous compensation of $95,000–$110,000 per year, and a focus on reducing administrative burden to maximize direct client care.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst licensure or eligibility.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum two years of ABA experience with children.
• Experience supervising RBTs.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to travel locally to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and other clinical evaluations.
• Develop and maintain Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Supervise, mentor, and coach RBTs with feedback.
• Provide caregiver education and parent coaching.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other providers.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and review data.
• Participate in clinical meetings and continuous improvement.
