Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy NC seeks a dedicated BCBA to lead clinical services for children with autism. You will handle treatment planning, remote or in-person supervision of RBTs, and parent training across in-home, daycare, and school settings in NC and nearby states.

You will work with a supportive back-office team, focusing on clinical excellence, HIPAA/BACB compliance, and ongoing professional growth. Compensation ranges from $90 to $115 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification from the BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
• Must have North Carolina LBA or be in process to obtain North Carolina LBA.
• Bilingual a plus, though not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.
