The Treetop ABA in North Carolina seeks a BCBA to lead in-home ABA therapy in Raeford, NC. You will partner with families to design and implement individualized treatment plans and drive meaningful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver ABA therapy in clients' homes and support families.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs and technicians.
• Collaborate with clinicians to ensure quality client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to guide treatment decisions.
