Job summary

Links ABA Therapy in New Jersey recruits a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead in-home and community ABA services. You will create, monitor and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.

Work closely with our Clinical Director and Executive Director; role offers hybrid scheduling, ongoing professional development, and a pathway for advancement with support from a BCBA-led team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related fields required.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Established management skills.
• Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team.
• Proficient in Central Reach.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in-home and community.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and work well in teams.
