The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree, BCBA certification, and strong writing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well within a treatment team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Experience working in a treatment team and managing others.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism in-home and community.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Work well in teams and be highly organized.
