Job summary

Links ABA Therapy seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our in-home and hybrid teams in New Jersey. The role focuses on delivering ABA services to children with autism, developing language, social and communication programs, and supervising staff to ensure high-quality interventions.

The candidate will work with our Executive Director and Clinical Director, participate in training, and contribute to ongoing program development while maintaining collaborative team relationships.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related field.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Established management skills and ability to work in a treatment team.
• Proficient with Central Reach or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders under supervision.
• Create, monitor and update instructional programs across language, social and communication domains.
• Train paraprofessionals on instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Stay organized, self-motivated, flexible and able to work well in teams.
