Job summary

Links ABA, the leader in ABA services in New Jersey, is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our growing team. We offer in-home and hybrid opportunities, flexible scheduling, and professional development.

You will work alongside experienced leaders and contribute to high-quality ABA therapy for infants through teens. Ideal candidates hold a Master's degree, a current BCBA certification, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related field.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Established management skills and ability to work with a treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism in-home and community.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Collaborate effectively with a treatment team and stay highly organized.
