Links ABA Therapy in New Jersey is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join a growing, client-focused team. You will provide in-home and community ABA services, guided by our Executive Director and Clinical Director with 20+ years BCBA experience.

Responsibilities include developing and monitoring language, social, and communication programs, training paraprofessionals, and collaborating with families to maximize outcomes. Hybrid scheduling and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology or related field is required.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children with autism in-home and community settings.
• Develop, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Train and supervise paraprofessionals implementing programs and behavior plans.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and Clinical Director to deliver high-quality care.
