In this role, the BCBA will develop and supervise in-home and community-based ABA programs for children with autism Applicants should be BCBA-certified, possess a Maryland LBA license, and be highly organized, collaborative, and adaptable.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related fields required.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• LBA in Maryland required.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Established management skills.
• Ability to work well with others as part of a treatment team.
• Proficient in systems such as Central Reach.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in-home and community.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, and a positive team player.
