Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Maryland seeks Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our team in a hybrid in-home/clinic setting. You will be supervised by our Executive Director and Clinical Director and will develop and monitor instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.

The role requires a Master’s degree in psychology or related field, BCBA certification, and Maryland LBA. Candidates should be organized, collaborative, and proficient with Central Reach.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related fields
• Current BCBA certification required
• LBA in Maryland
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills
• Established management skills
• Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team.
• Proficient in systems such as Central Reach

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism in-home and community; supervised by Executive Director & Clinical Director.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible and capable of working well in teams.
