Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our Maryland team. We support infants through teens with autism in home and community settings, with supervision from our Executive Director and Clinical Director who has 20+ years BCBA experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related field.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• LBA in Maryland.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Established management skills.
• Ability to work well with others as part of a treatment team.
• Proficient in Central Reach.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism in-home and community; supervision by Executive Director & Clinical Director.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and a good team player.
