Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in North Carolina seeks Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team. Provide in-home and community ABA services to children with autism, under supervision of our Executive and Clinical Directors.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related field.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team.
• Proficiency with Central Reach or similar ABA software.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism in-home and community, supervised by Executive Director & Clinical Director.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Train staff and paraprofessionals on implementing programs and behavior plans.
• Be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, and a strong team player.
