Heartlinks ABA MD is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join a growing team in Maryland. The role focuses on delivering ABA therapy in-home and in community settings, supervised by the Executive Director and Clinical Director.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related fields.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification (BCBA) required.
• LBA in Maryland (Maryland Licensure) required.

Responsabilités

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in-home and community.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and work well in teams.
