Job summary

POPS aba in North Carolina seeks a BCBA to lead in-home and community-based ABA services across Rocky Mount and surrounding areas. The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, supervision of technicians, and collaboration with families to deliver individualized treatment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.
• Current NC behavior analyst licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and behavior analytic skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to provide in-person services throughout Rocky Mount and surrounding communities.
• Ethical, evidence-based, and individualized ABA services.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with clinical leadership.
• Interest in professional growth and leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person clinical supervision and oversight of ABA services in home and community settings.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust treatment as needed.
• Provide caregiver training, education, and ongoing support.
• Train, mentor, and supervise behavior technicians to promote competence and fidelity.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, technicians, and professionals to support outcomes.
• Ensure documentation and service delivery meet professional and payer requirements.
• Participate in clinical collaboration and professional development activities.
• Support expansion of POPS aba services in Rocky Mount and nearby areas.
• Develop relationships with referral sources (pediatricians, schools, community orgs).
