POPS aba, based in Rocky Mount, NC, is seeking a full-time, on-site Clinic Lead BCBA to guide our Rocky Mount clinic. You will lead a team of clinicians, supervise Behavior Technicians, and maintain a clinical caseload within a collaborative setting.

The role emphasizes supervision, mentorship, and ongoing development of staff, while ensuring high-quality ABA services for children with autism and related conditions in NC.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required or currently in good standing.
• NC Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) is required or eligible.
• Proven leadership and ability to mentor Behavior Technicians.
• Ability to manage a clinical caseload while supporting the team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical support to Behavior Technicians.
• Serve as a clinic clinical leader and foster a professional environment.

POPS aba is seeking a full-time on-site Clinic Lead BCBA to lead our Rocky Mount clinic.

This position is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys working in a clinic environment, collaborating with a team of clinicians, and providing support and leadership to Behavior Technicians while maintaining a clinical caseload.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical support to Behavior Technicians
• Serve as a clinical leader within the clinic and help foster a positive, professional work environment
• Assist with onboarding, training, and developing Behavior Technicians
• Monitor client progress and make treatment recommendations as needed
• Complete documentation and insurance-required reports in a timely manner
• Collaborate with families, Behavior Technicians, and other members of the clinical team
• Maintain compliance with company, state, and insurance requirements

Qualifications
