Job summary

RRC Solutions Group is seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in North Carolina. The BCBA will oversee ABA treatment programs, conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide clinical supervision to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.

This role requires strong leadership, collaboration with families and school teams, and adherence to BACB ethical standards.

Qualifications

BCBA certification required (BACB)
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Must meet North Carolina licensure requirements for behavior analysts
Experience with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities preferred
Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs and clinical staff

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments.
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
Analyze client data and modify programming based on progress and clinical needs.
Provide supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs and behavior technicians.
Conduct parent/caregiver training and strategies for generalizing skills.
Collaborate with families, educators, therapists, and care team.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation meeting ethical, regulatory, and insurance requirements.
Participate in team meetings and provide clinical guidance to staff.
Ensure treatment aligns with BACB ethics and ABA best practices.
