Job summary

Connectly Recruiting seeks a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee ABA treatment programs in North Carolina. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and provide clinical supervision to RBTs and staff to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.

The role requires BCBA certification, a Master's degree in a related field, and the ability to meet NC licensure requirements.

Qualifications

Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
BCBA certification required.
Ability to meet NC licensure requirements for BCBAs.
Experience with autism and developmental disabilities preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.
Experience supervising RBTs and clinical staff.

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments.
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
Analyze client data and modify programming based on progress and clinical needs.
Provide supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs and behavior technicians.
Conduct parent/caregiver training and strategies for generalization of skills.
Collaborate with families, educators, therapists, and other care team members.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure services meet ethical, regulatory, and insurance requirements.
Participate in team meetings and provide clinical guidance to staff.
Ensure treatment is delivered in accordance with BACB ethical standards and best practices in ABA.
