H.T. Prof Executive Search is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing team in North Carolina.

The BCBA will oversee ABA treatment programs, conduct assessments, and develop individualized plans to support clients with autism and related developmental disabilities. The role includes clinical supervision of RBTs, parent training, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with families and schools.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification from BACB.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Able to meet NC licensure requirements for behavior analysts.

Responsabilités

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments.
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Analyze client data and modify programming based on progress and clinical needs.
• Provide supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Conduct parent/caregiver training and strategies for generalizing skills.
• Collaborate with families, educators, therapists, and care teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure services meet ethical, regulatory, and insurance requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and provide clinical guidance to staff.
• Ensure treatment aligns with BACB ethical standards and ABA best practices.
