As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a critical role in providing compassionate, flexible, and collaborative in-home ABA therapy services to children and families in the Greater Boston area. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team of behavioral analysts, working closely with our clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to design and implement individualized treatment plans.
Conduct assessments and create comprehensive, individualized treatment plans for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
Provide in-home ABA therapy services, utilizing evidence-based interventions and strategies
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate with families and team members
Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to state and federal regulations and agency standards
Participate in professional development opportunities, staying current on best practices in ABA and related fields
Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible to become certified within 6 months
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
Strong understanding of ABA principles, theories, and interventions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes within the Greater Boston area
Competitive hourly rate of $70 - $95 (based on experience)
