Champions ABA in Somerville, MA is seeking a highly motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.

You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, deliver direct intervention, and collaborate with families to ensure consistent progress.

The role offers an hourly rate of $70-$95 with room to grow and opportunities for professional development in a flexible, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the BACB.
• 0+ years of experience in ABA therapy, preferably with children and adolescents.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on client-centered care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and staff.

Responsabilités

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
