Job summary

Heartlinks ABA NC in North Carolina seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join a growing team delivering in-home and community ABA services. The BCBA will be supervised directly by the Executive Director and Clinical Director, and will lead the development of language, social, and communication programs while mentoring paraprofessionals.

You will partner with families and the clinical leadership to ensure high-quality outcomes for children with autism, with opportunities for hybrid

Qualifications

Master's degree in psychology, special education or related fields.
Current BCBA certification required.
Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
Established management skills.
Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team.
Proficient in systems such as Central Reach.

Responsibilities

Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism in home and community; supervised by ED & Clinical Director.
Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
Be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive and team-oriented.
