Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in North Carolina seeks Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join a growing team dedicated to delivering in-home and community-based ABA services to children with autism. The role offers flexible scheduling, in-home and hybrid options, and opportunities to advance under experienced BCBA leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, special education or related fields.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Established management skills.
• Ability to work well with others as part of a treatment team.
• Proficient in Central Reach.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in-home and community.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and work well in teams.
