Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in North Carolina seeks BCBA professionals to join our growing team. You will provide in-home and community behavioral services to children with autism and supervise paraprofessionals under the guidance of our Executive Director and Clinical Director.

The role emphasizes program development across language, social, and communication domains, along with ongoing staff training and collaborative teamwork. A Master’s degree and BCBA certification are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related fields is required.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Strong writing and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience with a treatment team is a plus.
• Proficiency with Central Reach or equivalent systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism in-home and in community settings.
• Create, monitor and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Train paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Work well in a team, be organized, flexible and self-motivated.
