Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in North Carolina is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our team. We provide in-home and community-based ABA services and supervision by our Executive Director and Clinical Director. Flexible scheduling is available to fit your lifestyle.

The role focuses on developing language, social, and communication programs, staff training, and collaborative practice within a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related field.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Established management skills and ability to work well in a treatment team.
• Proficient in Central Reach.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism in-home and community. BCBA will be supervised directly by our Executive Director & Clinical Director.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Applicants will be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and work well in teams.
