Job summary

Heartlinks ABA, a leader in in-home and community ABA services, seeks Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our team in North Carolina. You will provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism under supervision of our Executive Director and Clinical Director, and develop language, social, and communication programs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related fields.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Established management skills.
• Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team.
• Proficient in Central Reach.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in-home and community. BCBA supervised directly by Executive Director & Clinical Director.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Applicants well-suited to this position will be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and work well in teams.
