Heartlinks ABA in North Carolina is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our growing team. You will deliver in-home and community-based ABA services under the supervision of our Executive Director and Clinical Director.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology or special education or related field.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Established management skills.
• Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team.
• Proficient in Central Reach.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children in-home and community, supervised by Executive Director & Clinical Director.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and team-oriented.
