Eleos ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide high-quality in-home ABA services in Maryland. The ideal candidate will supervise behavior technicians, use evaluation tools, and design behavior intervention plans. A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and BCBA certification are required.

We offer full-time and part-time positions with competitive compensation based on experience and travel distance, as well as flexible work schedules and comprehensive benefits for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Behavior Analysis or working with individuals diagnosed with autism.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Access to transportation for commuting.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and train behavior technicians and RBTs.
• Design and oversee behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans.
• Train caregivers on client's individualized plan.
• Conduct and write initial assessments and reassessments.
