Job summary

Eleos ABA in Ellicott City, Maryland is seeking high-quality BCBAs to provide in-home ABA services with growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will be dependable, courteous, and possess outstanding communication skills.

You will train and supervise technicians, use evaluation tools, and design intervention plans. Full-time and part-time positions are available with competitive compensation plus benefits such as paid time off and health insurance for full-time employees.

Qualifications

Job Description

• Supervise and train behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians, including supervision requirements for RBT certification.
• Use evaluation tools such as VBMAPP, Vineland, and Motivation Assessment Scale (MAS).
• Design and oversee behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans.
• Train caregivers on the client’s individualized plan and other principles in ABA.
• Conduct and write initial and reassessments.
• Maintain all certifications and licensures.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Certifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB
• Licensure: Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Maryland (LBA)
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the field of Behavior Analysis and/or 3 years experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism.

• Must have access to transportation to commute and be prompt to each appointment.
• Valid driver’s license
