Job summary

Eleos ABA in Ellicott City, Maryland is seeking high-quality BCBAs to provide in-home ABA services with growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will be dependable, courteous, and possess outstanding communication skills.

You will train and supervise technicians, use evaluation tools, and design intervention plans. Full-time and part-time positions are available with competitive compensation plus benefits such as paid time off and health insurance for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Behavior Analysis or working with individuals diagnosed with autism.
• Hold strong ethics and be able to lift 20 lbs.
• Ability to sit on the ground and access transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians.
• Design and oversee behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans.
• Train caregivers on individualized plans.
