A behavioral health company is seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to deliver top-tier ABA therapy to children with autism and their families in Maryland. This role involves developing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and supervising a team of Behavior Technicians. Ideal candidates will have a Master's degree in ABA, BCBA certification, and strong skills in assessment and intervention. Formación

• 1+ years of experience working with autism spectrum disorder and ABA principles.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ABA therapy to children with autism and their families in a home-based setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with parents and other professionals.
• Conduct assessments, program evaluations, and data analysis to inform treatment decisions.
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians to ensure high-quality services.
• Offer in-person supervision for clients while another BCBA oversees the caseload.

Educación

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
