Job summary

Eleos ABA is seeking qualified BCBAs to provide center-based ABA services to clients in Maryland. The role emphasizes professional, compassionate care with opportunities for growth and career development.

The BCBA will supervise technicians, conduct assessments using VBMAPP and Vineland, develop intervention plans, and train caregivers while maintaining licensure and credentials. The position requires Maryland licensure and BACB certification, with varied full/part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA is required.
• BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB is required.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in Maryland (LBA) is required.
• 3+ years of experience in Behavior Analysis or with autism.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train behavior technicians and RBTs, including supervision for RBT certification.
• Use evaluation tools such as VBMAPP, Vineland, and MAS.
• Design and oversee behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans.
• Train caregivers on individualized plans and ABA principles.

• Train caregivers on the client’s individualized plan and other principles in ABA.
• Conduct and write initial and reassessments.
• Maintain all certifications and licensures.

Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Certifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.

Licensure: Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Maryland (LBA).

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the field of Behavior Analysis and/or 3 years experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism.
