Job summary

Eleos ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide high-quality in-home ABA services in Maryland. The ideal candidate will supervise behavior technicians, use evaluation tools, and design behavior intervention plans. A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and BCBA certification are required.

Qualifications

Job Description

• Supervise and train behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians, including supervision requirements for RBT certification.
• Use evaluation tools such as VBMAPP, Vineland, and Motivation Assessment Scale (MAS).
• Design and oversee behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans.
• Train caregivers on the client’s individualized plan and other principles in ABA.
• Conduct and write initial and reassessments.
• Maintain all certifications and licensures.

Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis

Certifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB

Licensure: Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Maryland (LBA)

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the field of Behavior Analysis and/or 3 years experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism.

Requirements

• Must have access to transportation to commute and be prompt to each appointment.
